These Terms govern your use of BuyUpvotes (buyupvotes.com). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. Read them carefully — especially the sections on payments, platform risks, and refunds.

1. What BuyUpvotes does

BuyUpvotes is a marketing service that helps you gain visibility on social platforms (Reddit, Product Hunt, Quora, Hacker News, and others) by delivering upvotes from real, independent accounts to URLs you submit. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of those platforms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must own the content you are promoting, or have explicit permission from the owner.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BuyUpvotes to:

  • Promote illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or violence.
  • Promote sexual content involving minors or non-consenting adults.
  • Promote fraud, scams, phishing, or malware.
  • Target competitors with negative or manipulative campaigns.
  • Circumvent platform rules in a way that puts third parties at risk.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate these rules. Refunds for cancelled orders are issued per the Refund Policy.

5. Order fulfillment

Most orders begin delivering within minutes. Larger orders are paced naturally over hours to mimic organic growth. Delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. We do not guarantee that specific posts will remain visible, reach a front page, or be unaffected by platform moderation after delivery.

6. Pricing and payments

  • All prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency only (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and other supported coins), processed through NOWPayments.
  • When you pay, the crypto amount is calculated from the live exchange rate at the moment of checkout. Network fees (gas/miner fees) are your responsibility.
  • Crypto transactions are final once confirmed on-chain. We cannot reverse a payment after it has been sent to the payment address.
  • All charges are one-time, per order or per balance top-up. We do not create recurring subscriptions.
  • You are responsible for any taxes or duties that apply in your country.

7. Refunds

Refunds for failed or under-delivered orders are issued as account balance credit, not as cash returns to your payment method. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

8. Platform risk and disclaimers

Reddit, Product Hunt, Quora, Hacker News, and similar platforms operate their own moderation systems and can remove content, suspend accounts, or adjust vote counts at any time. We cannot control what those platforms do after delivery. You accept this risk when you place an order.

BuyUpvotes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BuyUpvotes is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual property

The BuyUpvotes name, logo, website content, and code are our property. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission.

11. Termination

You can close your account at any time from your dashboard. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or initiate chargebacks without first contacting support.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BuyUpvotes is operated. Any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts, unless local consumer-protection law grants you additional rights.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of BuyUpvotes after an update means you accept the new Terms.
