Refund Policy

We want every order to deliver as promised. When something goes wrong, we make it right — fast. This page explains how refunds work at BuyUpvotes so there are no surprises.
1. How refunds work
All refunds are issued as account balance credit. The credit is added to your BuyUpvotes wallet and can be used for any future order. We do not issue cash or crypto returns to your original wallet. Because we accept cryptocurrency only, on-chain transactions are irreversible once confirmed — balance credit lets us resolve issues instantly without waiting on network confirmations or exchange-rate slippage.
Account balance never expires and can be used across any platform we support (Reddit, Product Hunt, Quora, Hacker News, and any services we add later).
2. When we refund
You're entitled to a refund as balance credit in these cases:
- Failed delivery. Your order did not start or stopped before any upvotes were delivered.
- Partial delivery. Your order delivered significantly fewer upvotes than you paid for. You receive credit for the missing amount.
- Content removed before delivery. If the target post is removed by moderators before we can deliver, the undelivered portion is refunded.
- Technical billing errors. Duplicate charges, wrong amounts, or any charge you did not authorize.
- Orders we cancel. If we refuse an order for any reason, the full amount is refunded as credit.
3. When we don't refund
We cannot refund in these cases:
- Change of mind after the order has started processing. Delivery is fast and often irreversible.
- Content removed after successful delivery. Once upvotes are delivered, the order is complete — whether moderators later remove the post is outside our control.
- Votes removed by the platform post-delivery.Reddit, Product Hunt, and similar platforms run their own anti-vote-manipulation systems that sometimes strip votes hours or days later. This is platform behavior we cannot influence.
- Account bans on the target platform. If the account you own is banned after delivery, that is a platform decision, not a delivery failure.
- Orders completed as described. If the quantity delivered matches what you paid for, the order is fulfilled.
4. How to request a refund
- Open your dashboard orders page and find the order.
- Email [email protected] from the address tied to your account. Include the order ID and a short description of what went wrong.
- We review most requests within 48 hours. Approved refunds are credited to your balance instantly.
5. Disputes
Because we accept cryptocurrency only, there is no chargeback mechanism — on-chain transactions cannot be reversed by your bank or card issuer. This means the fastest and only path to resolving any issue is to contact support. We review most requests within 48 hours and resolve the vast majority the same day through balance credit.
